I've never heard of calosol. What does it do?

I have sebderm slightly in one eyebrow. For me I find I just need to
get the sebderm under control and the eyebrow grows back (slowly). I
resist the temptation to pick and try to remove dead skin because that
always causes hair loss.

I've used Finacea for rosacea (like many I have rosacea and sebderm).
This burns away excess skin cells and supposedly promotes hair growth.
I have no idea if you could use Financea in your situation, but it
might be something worth investigating. (Just don't get it in your
eyes!)
