calosol

I’m wondering if anyone has had any success with calosol as an
effective means of regrowing eyebrow hair , lost through chronic and
long lasting sebderm in my eyebrow region .I’ve used
nizoral ,daktacort, elidel etc. etc. all to little or no effect.Just
when you think it’s cleared,bam ! it’s back with a vengeance !!
itchy ,flaky, thick yellowish layers of dead unsightly excess dead skin
which when you tweak away has several eyebrows attached .This has been
going on for twenty years or more with the usual peaks and troughs we
all experience but never any lasting improvement .I think the loss
would be less severe if i could somehow break down the dead skin that
holds onto the eyebrow and eventually lifts it away. Any suggestions
would be most welcome .Thanks for the site .I wish everyone success in
alleviating the symptoms of this chronic condition .

The topic of eyebrow loss has been discussed (at least briefly) before,
so it might be helpful for you to search through the archives.

I’ve never heard of calosol. What does it do?

I have sebderm slightly in one eyebrow. For me I find I just need to
get the sebderm under control and the eyebrow grows back (slowly). I
resist the temptation to pick and try to remove dead skin because that
    always causes hair loss.

I’ve used Finacea for rosacea (like many I have rosacea and sebderm).
This burns away excess skin cells and supposedly promotes hair growth.
I have no idea if you could use Financea in your situation, but it
might be something worth investigating. (Just don’t get it in your
    eyes!)

    Good luck.
