Someone on this list or the rosacea list recommended it to me. I actually noticed that my skin was less oily the very next morning, and it got even better over time. I just take it twice a day now, once with breakfast and once with dinner. It doesn't smell good, but if you swallow it whole in capsule form it's not bad. One other thing - Dermadoctor's Tease Zone Oil Controlling Gel works great for temporary relief of oily skin. It's expensive ($35 a bottle), but it's great to use in the morning before going to work.
