		<description>I don't know how it works. Someone on this list or the rosacea list
recommended it to me. I actually noticed that my skin was less oily
the very next morning, and it got even better over time. I just take
it twice a day now, once with breakfast and once with dinner. It
doesn't smell good, but if you swallow it whole in capsule form it's
not bad.
One other thing - Dermadoctor's Tease Zone Oil Controlling Gel works
great for temporary relief of oily skin. It's expensive ($35 a
bottle), but it's great to use in the morning before going to work. I
don't know how it works either, but it's a great product.
Give these things a try and let me know if they work for you too.

		<description>Just to add for the uk people as H&#38;S intensive treatment isn't
available here. The shampoo to use is selsun blue which uses the same
active ingredient as H&#38;S intensive treatment.</description>
