New member and rant

Hi just got booted off the acvm forum run by steven and his "Little
Hitler" syndrome he suffers from for entertaining the possibility of
free speech. I’m not sure what his problem is but it looks like some
other users here have had that experience as well !!

anyway, blessing in disguise as this forum is WAYYY better set up to
answer questions about seb derm.

I suffer from mild seb derm on my ‘butterfly’ area on my face and my
chin. I’m trying the acvm spray routine every night and leaving it on
until morning.

I’ve been removing the dead skin using Cetaphal soap when i shower in
the morning but it leaves my skin red and I have to use cover up for
when i go to work to hide the redness.

This is the 4th day and the flakiness has died down a bit but does
anyone know how long the redness will last?

I’ve been eating healthy and exercise a lot, i am partial to pizza on
occasions and drink at weekends.

cheers
Jeremy

LOL… I had a similar experience with the other group. ZIEG HEIL!

If someone wants to use acvm, follow the stringent diet, and not take
advantage of any other treatment options, I wish them well. But
    that’s not for me.

PS. Sebderm still under total control with just occasional use of the
ZNP bar. My rosacea is stable… still a little redness. Thinking
about trying "zz cream" if anyone has ever heard of that!

I think you have to be careful. "Don’t exercise too much" is sound
advice, but the vast majority of people are overweight and don’t
exercise nearly enough. If you’re overweight, that’s also a stress on
your body. Fat is a storage area for all kinds of bad stuff,
including hormones and contaminants which might contribute to
sebderm. And exercise relieves stress, or at least helps the body
deal with the physical manifestations of stress, which of course
includes sebderm and a host of skin problems.

Also you really have to think "total body health" first. If I was
told I could exercise less and have less sebderm, but I’d gain 20
pounds, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pre-diabetes
symptoms, I’d gladly take the sebderm.

To put a number on it, I think exercising 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a

week is not excessive (and probably much more than most people do).
You do what you feel comfortable doing - for some that’s a walk,
others a bike ride, others a run, others a high-intensity aerobic
    session.

I do think your point about sleep is very good - and probably
overlooked. And I would add that if you do exercise, you need MORE
sleep to help your body recover.
