Urine

By the way - I have abandoned the urine drinking. Was worth a try and
kept me optimistic for a while.

Skin mega ‘up and down’ at the moment - had a good day yesterday and
its turned to piffy paper today. Used my cider vinegar tonight but it
doesn’t seem to absorb so well when the skin’s rubbish and now I need a
2 day gap 2 avoid it burning next time.

Considering ripping it off and crafting some new skin from pink play-
dough.

Grrrrrrr

    Sorry, I’m a little amazed.

What have you tried before resorting to uring drinking?

I’m following a much more standard protocol. I’m using ZNP bar
(pyrothine zinc) which I strongly recommend, a gentle moisturizer and
Finacea (Azelaic acid) for rosacea (though I wonder if it helps the
sebderm too because it removes dead skin so it cuts down on flaking).

Everything is under control. No flaking or greasiness, no bumps, no
acne, just slight redness. I’ve had rosacea/sebderm so long, I realize
I may never get totally rid of the redness except with laser treatment
(which I have no plans to do).

Annoyingly they don’t sell ZNP in the uk. Wouldn’t mind giving it a
    go!!

You could try washing your face with Head & Shoulders shampoo. I find
this a little harsh, but others swear by it. That sucks that you
can’t get ZNP in the UK. Maybe you can have a case shipped?

    Good luck!

    it goes?

    Anthony,

I’d recommend the ZNP bar. It’s formulated for your face so it’s a
lot gentler than Head & Shoulders. It works pretty well for me - it
works particularly well at removing flakes and greasiness (I’m still
just a little red/irritated, not sure if that’s rosacea or what). The
only downside is that it tends to be a little drying, so a gentle
    moisturizer is a good idea.

I think you can get it online - ebay or Amazon. I asked my phamacist
about it and she was able to order it for me. It only cost about $5
and the bar lasts for months (if you keep it dry) so you’re not out a
ton of money if it doesn’t work.

Good luck… let me know how it goes.
