Yoghurt
Hey, I posted in early November and i did try the yoghurt.
There definately was an effect as the condition of my skin felt better,
(it feels like it takes a layer of skin off) but i also subsequently
stopped using my H&S zinc pyrithone shampoo and had a flare up after
about a week after stopping using it. I then kept using the yoghurt to
see if it went away and it didn’t, so i went back to H&S and it had
cleared up within a week.
I then went over to Las Vegas on holiday (I live in the UK) in late
November and bought the H&S intensive treatment with selenium sulphide.
I’m finding it really beneficial at keeping my seb derm under control,
it’s similar to zinc pyrithone, but I get less redness from using it.
I use it every 2 or 3 days because after 2/3 days my skin looks great,
but if i leave it any longer, i start to flare up.
Anyway, i know different things work for different people but that’s
what’s working for me.
