Does anyone experience a flaring of redness during, or immediately
after eating? Which then dissipates after about an hour or so?

Yes and I can go outside in the cold and it goes away. I go back
inside in the heat and it flares up again. Happens around dinner
time. Fairless clueless as to the exact trigger.
