Seborrheic Dermatitis

I have read a number of times while scrolling the internet that a low
dose of the acne drug accutane has been successful in treating
patients with seb derm 10-20mg doses,severe acne sufferers are on
about 80mg The side effects are well documented also but have read a
couple of journals by users and they have been pleased with the
results,Has anyone been advised by a derm or even tried this
treatment.I also keep seeing a add on t.v for proactiv solution which
claims to be the best over the counter treatment for acne sufferers
seen as there are some similarities in the two conditions is it
possible some of the same treatments can be effective for seb derm.
