Hi,
I use zinc pyrithone on my face as well, and it does work well, but
i also get redness for about a day or so after using it.
Where abouts do you get live culture yoghurt? What is it and how do
you use it?
Thanks

Using yogurt is very simple! All you have to do is go to the
grocery store and purchase PLAIN yogurt with active live cultures
(read the label; it will tell you that it contains live cultures and
also make sure there are no sugars and other added flavors).
At home, you apply the yogurt where the SD is located and leave it
on for 10-20 minutes before washing it off.
Good luck!

Hi there,
Yes, yogurt made by mom should be fine. Homemade yogurt must
contain active live cultures otherwise it would not work (I’m
guessing your mom buys milk, heats it up, allows it to cool and then
adds a bit of yogurt and then lets it sit overnight). In order for
that process to work, the active cultures multiply and the milk
turns into yogurt.
