does anyone find their skin flares up around menstaration mine can get
quite sore and course ect

wen alot olot of u say u get spots do umean bumps like lumps under

Hello Group,

My sd hasn’t been that bad over the past 6 months to a year but I
was relying on protopic at least once a week. The day I would use it
my face would burn and itch, the next day my skin would be irritated
red and my pores would look bigger, and by the third day everything
would start to settle down, so about 4 good days a week with very
minimal sd symptoms.

Anyway, I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life
but hate taking medicine for it. Well it’s been about 5 years since
my last round of antidepressants and anti anxiety meds, and I
finally decided to give it a go again. Amazingly enough after about
2 weeks on Wellbutrin and ativan my sd symptoms started taking
longer and longer to reappear. Sometimes I can go almost a month now

i have had this for years. my derm. told me to use steroid cream 1-2x
a day, but when it flares, which is now, i find that the cream base,
combined with the flaking, makes immovable crusts. sorry, i know this
is very revolting…

i have been using the liquid wax remover drops which contain a type
of peroxide, but i think that the inflammation is made worse.
peroxide is not very good to use on delicate tissue.

have ordered some spray steroid, base is alcohol. hope that will
help.

meanwhile, my ears itch like crazy and also sting and burn. have had
some success with anti=fungal creams in the past, but here again,
there is the cream problem.

Hi all,

What is a good treatment for SD and how long should one follow it? I
had a severe "outbreak" 4 years ago and now I am experiencing a mild
one….

hope you dont mind answering one simple question for me have any of you
smoked who had roascea or seb derm and quit and how did you find your
skin with the withdrawels and after??or do any of you smoke on here??
any replies ect advice be appraiated im off to see a natropath today
