Good evening folks. A little about me 34 and moderate outbreaks of
SD. It all started around my divorce. Stress is a huge factor,
Beer"in my case" irregular sleep patterns lack of vitamins. I am
huge vitamin and supplement guy due to my hobby of Bodybuilding. I
have noticed moderate sun tanning most likely the UV rays helps me.
I am not quite sure on all these. But I have heard EFC essential
fatty acid supplements work well. Moderate face cleaning do not use
harsh soaps and if you like the shower hot, Great just keep it form
your face. My outbreaks seem to vary. Immune system irregularities I
don’t think having SB means you have a weak system or is a precursor
to HIV/AIDS or Parkinson’s. Never tested positive and not to brag
but since being in the military I have never been sick with the flu.
No kidding since I was 19 I have not been sick. No &^& on this
either. This is a great forum. I honestly didn’t think that many
people were affected by this. Relax, take care of yourself and be
positive. I know some outbreaks as mine have been make you want to
stay home. Also a little note I was taking some prescribed
medication come to find out it was flagged for cancer causing
agents. Be smart its your body know what you are putting in and on
it.
