red Blotchy Bumps

Sunday, January 21st, 2007

Hi,

Does anyone else get red blotchy bumps that look like bites on their
face? Mine seem to come and go but when they come they hang around a
long time and look terrible. I am a male and was wondering if other
males ever use any makeup with success. Thanks, Rob.

Stevia for Exceptional Skin Care…

Water based whole leaf Stevia concentrate offers several exceptional
benefits when used regularly in skin care. When applied as a facial
mask it effectively softens and tightens the skin, smoothes out
wrinkles and helps to heal various skin blemishes including acne.

One simply smoothes the dark liquid over the entire face, allowing
it to dry for at least 30-60 minutes. As it dries you will feel the
skin tightening. A drop of the concentrate may be applied directly
on any blemish, acne outbreak, lip or mouth sore. People report
success from applying Stevia to a variety of problem skin conditions.

Stevia concentrate is also effective when used on seborrhea,
dermatitis and eczema. Reports indicate that when a few drops of the

The Natural Shop - Recommendation

Tuesday, January 16th, 2007

This is the place I go online for my Natural Products. I’m a long
time customer and highly recommend this company.

They’re called: The Natural Shop

Here’s my recommendations:
1) Aztec Clay Soap. — Outstanding for SD! Wash your face, hair,
even your body!

2) Unscented Natural Shampoo — For head and body. I leave a bottle
on the counter as a hand cleaner and as a Eye Glass cleaner. It’s an
excellent safe shampoo to use on babies.

3) Leave-In Hair Conditioner. Great for both sexes. I’m certain it’s
gentle enough for babies, I know it’s okay for my toddling grandson.

Hi I’m new to the group

Friday, January 12th, 2007

I just came upon the group last night.
I’ve had SD for a year. It is all over my scalp, neck, back, ear
canals,and eyebrows.
the dermatologist had me try 3 different shampoos and 2 creams. None
has done anything! The scalp is especially distressing. It is
dry, itchy and flaky but at the same time oily so that my hair looks
dirty no matter how well I wash it.

Has anyone used anything that not only controls the symptoms but also
leaves hair clean looking?

My SB

Thursday, January 11th, 2007

So I just joined and have been reading the recent posts and figured I’d
throw in my 2 cents.

First diagnosed with SB Jr year in highschool, about 6 years ago.
Initially just dry skin on my nose that was easily managed with OTC
moisturizers, within a few months it was significant enough to warrant
some medical attention. For two years I went through the dermatology
route that seemed to consist of "Here’s some hydrocort. Come back in 4
weeks and we’ll see how it looks!" "Ok, maybe 4 more weeks!". Switched
doctors, got on Elidel, which again seemed like the same run around with
less irritation to my skin, equal irritation to my wallet.

When I skipped town for college I gave up on dermatology all together.
Read a ton about the issue and decided to just give basic dandruff
shampoos a try. Been using H&S for about as long, with one or two brief

green tea cream and Waleda skin food

Tuesday, January 9th, 2007

several of you have said that green tea has worked for you. I was
wondering where you bought it and how much it was. Can you use it
during pregnancy? I was also wondering the same things about the
waleda skin food.

And does anyone know of a simple detox recipe?
