natural treatment update

Im still willing to try anything to get rid of my "problem areas;" beard/cheeks,
sides of nose, eyebrows, moustache/corners of mouth(the list goes on and on)
scalp(at least its hidden)!! and ever-so-slightly in my "lower regions." i do
feel fortunate i am only dealing with (what seems like) a relatively mild case.
im also new at this; 6-8 months along.

i cant say enough about the diet. thats about all im doing, in addition to a few
supplements: omegas (EPA 900mg/day), vit-c, and the occasional multi-v. i dont
take vit-e because of the avoid-at-all-cost policy the ACV group suggests. go
figure.
any thoughts on vit-e? take it or not?

my dietary guidelines are as follows: avoid if at all possible (will plays a
HUGE part): chocolate, alcohol, refined sugar, hydrogenated fats, gluten and
dairy. coffee was on there, but im way hooked again, after a 2 month hiatus. it

doesnt seem to make much difference.
my sd is FOR SURE: UNDER CONTROL.

it is still a daily thing.
not a day goes by where i dont spend at least half an hour doing sd related
"maintainance."
and the PICKING!! especially on my scalp. (im getting a hold on it.)

i picked up some waleda skin food today.
found out its just a moisturizer, but oh well.
perhaps it will work better than coconut oil, which works wonders for flaking.

dilemma is: i havent figured out what has the greatest impact on my daily
flare-ups, or lack-thereof.
the other night i ate a burger and fries(a momentary lapse of judegement) and
the next morning i was literally waving goodbye to the red splotches on my
cheeks!! they seemed to be disappearing! of course, that was temporary.
definitely, keeping a CLEAN COLON (FIBER!!!!!) is important!!!
i will leave you with that.
any comments?
suggestions?

serenity to all,
bob m.

    Robert,

vitamin E soap is being used on your face according to the other
group that’s why more isnt recommended. Does that make sense to you?
    Multi is fine

Weleda Skin Food is not a miracle cream I used it to get off Elidel
and Protopic. It’s an all natural healing type cream that many
eczema users use everyday. Great for dry scaly skin. No chemicals
and non addictive. My other moisturizer did not help with the rough
dry skin that was appearing. If you don’t like it return it. There
    are others too.

Your focusing too much on your skin. It will depress you. Just live
and go to work. Eat right and focus on internal cleansing,

excercise, stress free lifestyle. You know what food isn’t good and
it might not be the food that caused the flareup.(chemicals).
I don’t even have a bathroom mirror. One of these days..lol

salmon is fine and healthy. Careful if your mercury levels are
high. Salmon is low in mercury. Green tea the decaf tea version
instead. All of you should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water.
    I buy 1 gallon bottles.

I am completely off all caffeine don’t need it and u shouldn’t need
it as well. Takes time to get off so take it slow.

For drinks…herbal teas and water. Seltzer with flavor is fine. Yogi
    tea is organic.

The diet should be regular so when you are healed there won’t be a
major change again in meals. Who knows what will happen if you get
off the SD diet. I built myself up so that when i eat garbage or I’m
exposed to chemical garbage I still don’t break out no matter what.
Like a ROCK all from healing the inside.
