I sent you a couple of my posts for you to review.&#160; So I take it you don't want to try more drugs? I didn't think so.&#160; Sounds like the pool had tons of chemicals or bacteria which got to you eventually.&lt;BR&gt;
Your diet looks good add gluten free grains..you don't need to be 100% gluten free.&lt;BR&gt;
Your second home is not the bar...lol but the health food store.&#160; So your looking at a&#160; whole foods diet so that your body can heal. Just for&#160; a month or so...the detox period.&#160; You can't beat this with a junk food diet.&lt;BR&gt;
I cleaned out my liver and colon as well.&#160; Eventually I added a multivitamin, green food supplement, and fish oil(omega 3).&lt;BR&gt;
I suggest that you use a natural healing cream without chemicals like green tea cream etc. does not have to be an expensive eczema cream.&#160; I have a few products that are inexpensive that I like.&#160; &lt;BR&gt;
Stay stress free and work out at least 3 times a week.&lt;BR&gt;
ACVinegar is good too. I used it internally.&lt;BR&gt;
