<description>Robert this Steve guy is a looney. His diet plan is the pits and
won't work for all. ACV works, it's just a matter of getting into
the right routine. Lots of trial and error. ACV will probably NOT
work alone due to dietary deficiencies. I have it but used other
methods to get to remission.
The gluten free/ dairy diet is key though I did not follow it 100%
and I also followed the Candida diet for 3 weeks. The key to
beating Seborrhea is to attack it from all sides which is exactly
what you seemed to accomplish. I might add stress free too. Way to
go with the natural MD. I would continue to rebuild your systems so
keep eating well and continue with your supplements so SD won't come
back even on your worst days.

<description>Yeah, Steven is a total nutcase. I'm glad you also discovered that
the diet has a huge influence on seb derm, as I've just realized.
While it's still early to tell, I can also say that eating a gluten-
free diet without any candida-derived foods the past two weeks has
made me feel three times better. I feel cleaner and more refreshed;
a lot more energy.

In addition, almost all of the scabs from my ACV treatment have
fallen off today and overall, I think it was worth it despite the
two weeks of misery. The new skin that has emerged looks a lot
healthier. However, if my new diet can prevent any more flakiness,
then I doubt I will continue with the ACV treatment.

To see what Steven is really like, here is a reply from him after I
re-iterated most of my points to him from my previous post. He never
&lt;!--more--&gt;
addressed my original points, instead wanting to unleash some
meaningless tirade. Remember, he is the owner and sole moderator of
the other group, seborrheic-dermatitis-support.

you are one stupid fuck head and you will always be one garbage.

You shit-head were dumb enough to use steroid creams for 8 years
and a dumb fuck like you states that he wants to diagnose his shit-
self. LOL...you are one sad garbage and your face is a reflection of
the sorry ass that you are.

I have not said that to anyone else but in your case, I will truly
enjoy seeing such a garbage like you get severe rosacea and all the
pain that comes with it.

Now stick that steroid cream up your sorry geeky ass, you dumb
mother fucker.

If I ever saw you in person you coward, your ugly face would be
the last thing you would worry about.

Now go look at yourself in the mirror dumb fuck.., this is what
happens to a garbage dumb ass like you who does not a brain.

have fun with that moron fucking moron...and make sure you put
that steroid cream all over your face , dumb fuck, the more the
better you stupid dog

---

The funniest thing is that he's assumed how I look, based on
information that I provided. But I'm a liar! How would he know his
verbal attacks will work? ;-)
