hey cindy,
Please let us know how that product works. I looked into it but as
of right now I am controlling my seb derm pretty well by simply
shampooing my face daily. It is drying so I have to use
moisturizer. Getting sun really helps this chronic disease. I also
apply aloe vera gel after I shower to my face. This all seems to be
working. I started using this regime after reading others post and
doing my own research. This disease can be control but not cured so
it just takes a few extra step to get really in the morning but hey
what can we do.

can you get seb derm on your neck and chest and arms?? my neck and chest are sore rough textured and red to

Yes, it can. But I believe it can be confused with psoriasis and
eczema. I have seb derm on my face/scalp. But the roughness and
redness of my chest is attributed to eczema, as was confirmed by my
dermatologist.

Frank -
You mentioned having SD on your face, and using shampoo to get it
under control. What is your application method? Do you cover your
entire face and leave it on for 8 to 10 minutes? How many times a day?
Also what were/are the symptoms that you’ve experienced on your face?
Thanks!

In my experience working out regularly (that is, sweating) tends to
help clear things up. Not sure how this works, but it certainly seems
to be the case with me over the last 5 years… may have to do with
outdoor exercise in the sun (skateboarding), stress relieving factors,
etc.

when you sweat you release the toxins from your body through your skin.
When the body is "poisoned" it normally shows symptoms through the skin
first. An indication that something is wrong internally. Excersising and
sweating first may appear to be more detrimental than good, but a good
workout regimen should create benefits

I always hate to use these words "But it Depends" depending on how much you
can detox yourself. I found out i had certain allergies. Working out helps
a lot with circulation, and detoxing, took about 3 months. I used to get
red and stay red for hours, now its not even there
