Can ketconozole get rid of redness due to seb derm? and idf so how hong
does it take?

not necessarily. Ketoconozole is more of a long-term
treatment in preventing yeast build up which causes
the flaking and redness but even using it for a week
won’t necessarily get rid of a flare-up. SD comes and
goes and you can just treat rigirously and switch up
creams, shampoos, etc….
FWIW, I have used Calm, Cool and Corrected and I
believe it has helped me. It is intended for Rosacea
and reducing the intensity of redness associated with
Rosacea but most cases (my opinion) of SD are also
combined with Rosacea. So I give CCC a thumbs up (not
expensive stuff so I only use when I have to).
