Essential Fatty Acids

Just wanted to tell you, I’ve been taking 3000mgs of Omega3 (my brand
also contains some GLA and CLA) twice a day. Which means 6000mgs of
Omega 3 a day. I’ve been doing this for 6 weeks now, and this has
reduced the oiliness of my skin. Not so much yet, but there’s
certainly a difference. I’ll also get some Primal Defense, and see how
that works. Maybe I’ll even try 750,000 units of Nystatin 4 times a
day aswell.

One other thing I’ve also done for 5 weeks, is something called
Skilled Relaxation. Skilled relaxation means any relaxation technique
or practice that induces a deep state of relaxation of both body and
mind (characterized by an alpha or theta brainwave) The results after
such a short time is astonishing.

The reason for doing this is to remove stress buildup, and direct the

blood to the gut, so the possible LGS (Leaky gut syndrome) can get to
heal. I don’t expect any of you to believe in this, but I’ve done some
research, and it fits in with my development of SD. I’ll at least give
it a try, got NOTHING to loose at it.

But the significant improvement after started doing SR hasn’t shown
in my skin yet. That could take several months. HOWEVER, the last two
weeks, I’ve dreamt EVERY single
night, and I remember the dreams quite clearly. This has never
happened before, and is a documented effect of Skilled Relaxation.
I’ve used the Brainsync cd’s, which uses audio-technology to stimulate
the brain into creating alpha/theta waves. It’s quite interesting.

I will keep you guys updated frequently.
