    You can try the apple cider vinegar approach (just search the
    archives for more info) or this site (link below) that talks about
    using raw honey. Some people swear by the acv approach, but I haven’t
    heard much about the honey.

    Yeah, check out www.askwaltstoll.com , I’ve started doing what he
    recommends, and beginning to see improvments :-)
