Green Tea Cream
Group,
I’ve been using this Green Tea Cream by Dr Syed (www.syedbeauty.com)
for about six weeks now, mainly for my mild rosacea, but haven’t had
one single seb derm flare up during these time - and I have not had to
use either of my two main weapons against seb derm since years back,
Head & Shoulders Intensive Treatment (allthough I continue using it
for my hair, I also used it on my face before) and Cutanix DRL. This
is a BIG plus I really didn’t except or had in mind when I first
started using the cream. There’s still room for more improvement when
it comes to my rosacea, but I’m still impressed and as far as I can
remember, this is the only topical that has really helped me with all
my skin problems.
My overall skin health has improved a great deal and I really would
like to recommend all of you to take a closer look into this cream. As
I’ve mentioned before, Dr Syed customizes each customers cream after
your specific skin and needs, and he’s a very friendly man and easy to
deal with, and most important - really cares. The cream is quite
expensive, yes, but add the cost of everything you’ve spent during the
years trying to find something that helps, and do the math.
Sure, one must remember we’re all different and what works for me
might not work for you. But still, I thought I just had to share my
experiences with you all. I now wake up each morning with a more
healthy looking face and that ain’t bad!

week 4 update below:
A little over 4 weeks now and I haven’t had to use my rx cream. I’ve
just been using the green tea cream and it’s great. I urge members of
the group to get a tube either at the company web site or on ebay.
Use it twice a day, once in the morning and another in the evening.
The directions say no more than 3-5 times a day so 2x is all you
really need. Make sure you start when you have no flare ups and you
skin is about as normal as you can get it. I’m excited to see if
other people will have similar results.

week 5 & 6 update below:
Still working just fine. I can’t believe that I haven’t had to use my
rx cream in a month & a half. My face looks good. Like to see at
least 1 or 2 people in the group to try it as well so we can get more
opinions besides mine.

nice andrew that’s great. Everyone in here could eventually get off the drugs. IMO. Green Tea works because it stimulates the immune system. It’s a great detoxifier as well.

I wonder if swabbing the face with a wet green tea bag would work as
well…

Worth a try. Problably not effective beacuse there are other ingredients that contribute as well

already tried that Dave and it didn’t work.

Yes, it does, for me anyway. I’ve been swabbing my SD
with green tea bags for the last 6 years and haven’t
looked back. My SD is gone completely. I use 1 tea bag
every night before bed.

Thats good news but I was wondering if it’s gone why are you still swabbing tea bags on your face? A regular cream with green tea should do.

I just think it’s a good insurance policy to continue
using the green tea bag, even though the SD is gone.
As someone has mentioned, you just don’t know what’s
in the cream. Maybe there’re other components besides
the green tea extract.

You misunderstood. The ingredient that is most effective is the green tea extract in the product by OriginBiomed. The othe ringredients add to its effectiveness and overall make it a better product.
For example..these ingredients are not found in Origin Biomed Green tea CReam
Borage Oil: Borage Oil contains essential fatty acids, which modulate the inflammatory response. Helps maintain normal hydration of the skin.
Calendula: Calendula has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial activities and stimulates cellular regeneration of healthy skin.
Chamomile: Chamomile penetrates deeply through the epidermal layers to relieve inflammation, an important feature of its topical use as an anti-phlogistic agent. Inhibits the release of histamine that contributes to the inflammatory response and stimulates healthy cellular regeneration.
All of these ingredients help in making a product work well so Its a combination but trust me without the green tea extract the product would be worthless.
