Advice on the SD Friendly Diet
Hi,
I am looking information on the SD friendly diet, what to avoid, what
to eat. Does anyone have this information. I have registered with
the ‘other’ site just to get this info but i havnt got access yet and
id like to start this weekend if possible as ive a job interview next
friday and want to give it a go asap to see if it helps any!!
Any advice or if people have in a word doc or anything would be a
lifesaver!!
