I only need to use it about once or twice a week--just wet your head and pour some the ACV on your scalp and leave it alone--it may burn a little at first but it takes the itch away pretty quickly which will help with the flaking as well. I also find that any ACV works , does not have to be with the mother crap. And also, I have no repsect for anyone that tries to justify the ACV nazi's tactics--the guy is an idiot.
