Apple cider vinegarwith mother(the other group)
Hello all,
i had found a cure for this terrible skin condition on my
face; about a year off clear skin. This was due to the
much "despised" moderator from the other group. I had bright red,
flaky, ugly face for as long as i know but i was fortunate to find
that group where the moderator gave me advices and help in my dire
time of need. I am very grateful to him. I was unable to post at his
group for a long time now due to my travelling work.
All i wish to convey is that he is a good person
eventhough he may have "rudely" banned many of you guys from his
group. Please understand that it is not easy to look after the group
for a few years without suffering from burningout. I guess he was
frustrated when he seemed like the only few people helping all those
diagnosed with sd( you know people usually won’t post after they
find a relieve). Please appreciate him.

I use Cuticura soap 5 days a week and nizoral shampoo 2 days a week on my face. I use the shampoo on my hiar a couple of times a week. I take oral antifungals on a rotating basis - grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil, caproyl, etc. These are VERY powerful, so do some research before you start using any of them, so you don’t make yourself sick.

I forgot to add that I also use TeaTree cleansing pads once a day in the evening. You can get these at drugstore.com. For cysts or sores, I use a drop of oxygen drops on my cyst - it works really well. (I use Oxygen Elements Plus - expensive but a bottle lasts forever.)

oi mr ong amadeus it was me that told ya about it
the moderator is a bit of a prat,why doesn’t he just make a
suggestion and leave it at that - rather than running the group like
willy wonka and banning anyone who makes a suggestion.

if u are going to say ACV works than post how u did
it.
otherwise dont waste time and give people
false hope.

I find that ACV works very well on the scalp, but not on my face. I only
need to use it about once or twice a week–just wet your head and pour some
the ACV on your scalp and leave it alone–it may burn a little at first but
it takes the itch away pretty quickly which will help with the flaking as
well.
I also find that any ACV works , does not have to be with the mother crap.
And also, I have no repsect for anyone that tries to justify the ACV nazi’s
tactics–the guy is an idiot.
