Seborrheic Dermatitis

Hi,

I have SD that comes and goes on my face/forehead but have developed
some spots that itch and get very raw/hurt under my arm on the border
of the hair portion - my derm said it is a contact dermatitis and just
wants me to elimidate the deodarant I have been on for years which is
jason natural roll on. Does anyone else get this under their arms and
what is the best way to treat it. The doctor gave me some steroid
cream with an anti-fungal. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks,
