sweating and seb derm.

Do you think that sweating irritates seb derm? I play a fair bit od
touch football and I find that I get a bit itchy after sweating a lot.
My Dermatologist said that the hotter months of the year can irritate
seb derm some what.

    I know sweating makes me worse - little pimple like
    structures appear and if I get them early enough with
    2%beta hydroxy sol they seem to fade in a couple of
    days. I am thinkiing about doing IPL with Lumenis
    machine- any thoughts. Rob.
