B Complex Vitamins
Because some people are having success with B Complex Supplements I
went and picked a bottle up today. It contains:
300 mg Vitamin C - 500% Daily Value
15 mg Thiamin - 1,000% DV
10.2 mg Riboflavin - 600% DV
50 mg Niacin - 250% DV
5 mg Vitamin B6 - 250% DV
10 mg Pantothenic Acid - 100% DV
It says to take one a day. Should I be taking more than one a day? And
how much is safe to take?
Thanks!

I definitely wouldn’t take more than one — actually, I personally
wouldn’t take one that has that high of percentages at all. Here is
a link about B vitamins that includes effects of too much:
Some other sites I’ve seen are much more menacing about what can
happen from too much of some of the B’s.

Chris:
You should always ask your primary care provider about taking any
over the counter meds and/or dietary supplements you wish to take,
prior to taking them. You can usually get a refund if the product is
not approved for your own body, if it’s not opened. Simply ask the
sales clerk prior to your purchase about their refund policy.
