Can anyone help me?
Hi! I’ve had SD for two years now. I use an ordinary Nivea cream, and
a prescription-made medicine containing zinc oxide, but it’s not
helpfull. My skin is not flaking, but it’s inflammed and oily. I
haven’t used any topical steroids, and don’t have much experience with
medications. I would be very grateful if anyone can recommend me a
good therapy for treating this condition, the therapy which is shown
as effective from his/her own experience.
Sorry if my english is bad, I’m living in Spain.

Is it mostly on your scalp? Ketoconazole shampoo works well on me, and also
on my eyebrows, ears, and nose. I live in Spain too!

Thans, Dawn!
I don’t have a big problem with scalp, it’s under control, I’m using
the ketoconazole shampoo and Head&Shoulders and it’s Ok, my problem
is on my face. Can anyone help me with effective treatment from his
own experience? Thank you in advance

I use nothing else and the patches on my eyebrows and ears and nose have
gone just by putting some ofthe lather from my hair on them when i shampoo!
Have you tried that? Any more than that I don’t know, maybe use E45 to get
some moisture into it.

Hi there,
Try green Chinese tea bags. Use 1 bag and soak in 1/4
cup of boiling water. When warm, use the bag to clean
around affected area and leave to dry.
Best time to apply is before bed time.
I have used this since year 2000 and never have any
more recurrence of SD.
Cheers

Thanx, Dick!
I’ll try that.
Any other suggestions from the others?

Node DS from Bio derme, thats what i’ve been using for
the past three to four years, each three days or so on
the scalp. It doesn’t work for everyone one, though,
but it does for me
