Lamisil AT?
I googled this and some have it listed as helping with SD. Has anyone
on here tried the cream? Also, it has a lot of diffrent alchols in it.
Wouldnt that be bad for SD?

My dermatologist recommended it and it completely backfired for me. He
did take a skin culture and ruled out any kind of fungus so I’m not
sure that anti-fungal works for SD. I’ll try anything once - bought
some glycerin tonight - will find out if it does a whole lot - sounds
like it cuts down on the flaking - jojoba oil has worked fairly well
the two weeks I’ve been trying it.
I’ve been taking Omega-3 for about a week. Can’t tell any difference.
Anyone else taking these fish tablets?

I know a guy who has success withg reducing sebum and acne taking B5
vitain pills (10 grams !! a day) There are other people who has had
success with this.
I dont know about diet. It is hard to say what works and what does not
work. I do believe that a healthy diet with little red meat, sugar,
trans fats and saturated fat and no smoking will be good for you. For
me, dairy products like cheese and butter is not good for the skin.
Sugar also is bad. I think foods that will increase DiHydroTestosterone
levels are bad for the skin in acne prone and seb derm individuals.
Stress also does this for me. Good sleep is important, and exercise.
But it wont take away the seb derm, but over some time the skin will
improve, that is my belief.
Best wishes
