Long story short I found out i had a food allergy and had to detox my system i was put on a regimen of Omega 3's, Vitamin e, Probiotics, magnesium, and plenty of spring water i was allergic to coffee and black pepper work it out from the inside out stay away from antibiotics, accutane, steroid creams tony the baloney the one and only Roxy you exactly sound like me about 5 years ago when i was first diagnosed.
Long story short
