    Hi,
I not very sure. But I check from some source that Milk does affect
SD. In fact, I start drinking milk for the past 1 yr & this problem
occur to me since then. Now it has gotten worst!!! I think I will stop
drinking milk & see if it is the caused!

    Hope this help…

    Hi,
It depends. I think that commercial, non organic milk can be bad for
DHT levels, because of cow hormones, and that can increase sebum
output and hence worsen seb derm.
I would say that dairy products as a whole, like cheese etc should be
discontinued. I am pretty sure that cheese is worse than milk. If you
can get organic, low fat milk (not ultra pasteurized, I think that
destroys the milk) then maybe you could drink that.

But I would certainly not try to cut milk and continue to eat lots of
    cheese.
