I have been diagnosed with psoriasis as a child (now 29) diagnosed with seb derm at 24 (now have it completely under control without any steroids, or medications) but the dandruff scales on scalp was always a problem. I have tried, nizoral, head and shoulders, t-shampoos but nothing, I did start using the Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother (ACVM) i apply it at night then shower in the morning. Its been 4 days already and am very happy with the results about 90 - 95% flake free and scalp doesnt itch as much.
