Seborrheic Dermatitis

I’m unsure if this is a common side effect of 100% acvm but I had a
bad reaction to it over the weekend and the effects have still yet to
subside.

In previous posts I had mentioned that I have pure-SD and that I had
some success with various dilutions of acvm during the previous two
weeks. Last Friday, I took a shower and dried off, washed my face
with organic vitamin e soap, patted it dry and then drenched my face
with 100% acvm. When I woke up on Saturday morning, everything was
OK; still had a few flakes but nothing major.

I then took another shower and dried off, washed my face with the same
vitamin e soap, patted it dry, and then drenched my face with 100%
acvm. However, about 2 hours after the vinegar had dried, my face was
still really red and the skin on my cheeks was beginning to crack.

For the rest of Saturday the texture of my face felt like alligator
skin. I don’t think the acvm dried out my skin, since it still
produced it’s normal amount of oil during the day, but rather my skin
must have suffered some sort of allergic reaction.

On Sunday the facial redness had subsided but my skin was still really
cracked and had begun to flake. It’s now Monday and my skin is still
bad. I haven’t been using any acvm since Saturday morning, although
I’ve been moisturizing it with Fruit of the Earth aloe vera gel.

Has anyone else had this type of reaction?
