Jason,

there is a another group for our condition that mentions an apple cider
vinegar with mother (ACVM ) diet and treatment. I do not know how it reacts
with rosacea but i heard, not tried yet with seb derm it can do wonders. in
there they mention a diet. Basically anything that is good for you and not
processed as the example i have given in the past, not to eat beans out of
a can instead cook them your self. NOW again i stress this, that a doctor i
have been seeing found that i had a food allergy to coffee and black pepper.
I dont know if you or anyone else may have this that causes your reaction.
For me it did, so i elimated them from my diet completely and am seeing
positive results.

Tony

Hope you are well.

I have seb derm and rosacea, so playing football, etc. makes my face bright red and the rosacea worse.
I enjoy the occasional drink (or three), and therefore don`t want to give up on the social life.

I`m using Protopic as I found it to be the only thing that helps my seb-derm.

I have no idea where to start with regard to my diet.

Can you help.

Cheers mate

Piotr
Your symtoms really remind me of how i was about a year ago, no heat, no
workouts nothing. I now work out about 3-4 days a week with basketball in
the sun purposely to over heat and sweat. It allows to detox your pores and
is good for you. Try searching for a food allergy
