The beginning was way worse, dont know if because i was stressing about it and trying to find everyway possible to get rid of it. Today, im about 98% clear, its all in my scalp now -- pretty stubborn but i do have psoriais. Diet, excersise, supplements, and better attitude towards it, NO VISITS TO DERMATOLOGISTS, NO STEROIDS, NO ELIDEL, NO PROTOPIC, NO ANTIBIOTICS, has made it better.
