Thanks Dustie

Yeah, I saw that too. in the Weekly News.

Seemed very good, although I`m not convinced just water can have those benefits, plus it seems to be very expensive.

Worth a try though.
I was reading the paper today and there was a story about someone
who had rosacea and went to some place in London who got rid of it
completely for her, wasn't an ad or anything. I was reading their
website and it goes on about clearing skin problems naturally and
using water. It makes me wonder if i have rosacea rather than
sebderm. It looks like another place plugging some products to buy
as well but seems alright. The link is below if anyone wants to
look at it.

Yes i use to be like that, right after the shower was extremely red then an
hour later went away. You probably look good in the morning cause your not
thinking about it and your body has got some rest. Dont get me wrong if i
get a really stressfull day ill turn red on my cheeks about the size of a
marble on either side of my nose, but in one day its gone. About the diet,
eat whats good for you, theres actually some list floating around about the
apple cider vinegar diet, i was actually doing a diet like that before i
even read it. Just eat whats good, vegetables, steamed rice, fish, some
meat (prefably chicken) fresh fruits, nothing processed, better boil your
own beans than eat out of a can-- stuff like that, and no sodas, only water.
During my detox i also found out i had food allergies, black pepper and
coffee, so i avoid them, its been about a year now with out an ounce of
black pepper or coffee. Others may have a different food allergy to depends
on your own system. As i mentioned in the past, my seb derm really came
about the same time i started working as a professional. I never really

drank coffee but began in 2005 in the office mainly because everyoene was
doing it and it was there. I used to drink about 3 cups of coffee black a
day and because i like the bitterness (dont ask me why) i used to love to
chew coffee grounds to. Way before i knew i was allergic to it. My body
just couldnt take it anymore and showed signs of it to.

Yes, mine is worse out of the shower. Believe it or not, I dont even wash my
face anymore, just lightly wipe with a washcloth, then once a week put head and
shoulders intensive treatment on my face, my sebderm is almost completly gone
now, I use denorex daily on my scalp also, and take a grapefruit seed extract
supplement once daily.
