Sugar sugar

Hey, I was wondering if there is consensus in regards to certain
foods in relation to SD. Specifically, pasta and fruits like
berries. I understand sugars in general should be avoided
(especially sweetened snacks) but does that go for all carbohydrates
in general. Do high starch foods present problems? And what about
fructose in fruit? When people talk about sugars, I’m still not
clear on all that it encompasses. As always, any help is greatly
appreciated.
