My ACV treatment for those asking
Wow,
I’ve been away for a few days and I see many have questions about my
ACV success. I’ll do my best to answer, but please keep in mind, I’m
no MD and this is my own experience. I’m not an attention seeker,
and I have no hidden agenda. I’m not promoting, pimping, or selling
ANY idea. This is simply based on what worked for me!
First and foremost ACV is a very strong, so trial and error and
adjustments throughout the therapy will be needed. Also, if you are
not willing to make sacrifices, change your diet and lifestyle, then
this plan is a worthless waist of time!
As for diet, to sum it up in brief: I basically ate nothing but
organic "live" foods for 5 weeks and am still maintaining this diet
at about a 90% rate. I ate fresh fruits although very limited, no
prepared preservatives, very limited sugars and refined foods. I ate
fresh salads, about 5 pounds of fresh veggies per day, I would have
a spirulina smoothie in the morning. NO DAIRY, CHEESE, HAMBURGERS,
PIZZA, CRAP STUFF LIKE THAT, you get the idea! Absolutely no fast
food. Think fresh, live food, no starches, breads, sugars, etc and
you’ll be on track for the diet part.
So there is basically my diet, it’s slightly more complicated then
this, but in a nut shell that’s it. The diet is the foundation to
making this work, the ACV is simply the finishing touch, they both
work together, so if you’re not willing to change your diet, then
please just keep spreading steroids on you face. It’s all you’ll
ever have anyway.
Now, for the ACV application, always use organic at 5 or 6%
strength. This is where it can get tough. Everyone’s skin
sensitivity is different. I made the mistake of going full steam
ahead with 100% strength ACV at 6%, three times daily and my face
turned raw and I mean raw, then it scabbed up and crusted over where
the SD was. I went at it too strong but the end result a week later,
when I went to a 50 / 50 diluted version of the ACV was a clear face
for the first time in years. Now my skin looks like that of a babies
behind and i’m not joking. I went from having skin that made people
run from me, to that of a male model, no joke. Tight pours, smooth,
blemish free and feels like silk!
Also, I used a cup of the stuff on my scalp while in the shower, I
would dump it right on my head, rub it in, place on a tightly sealed
shower cap and overnight it like that. Then rinse and shower in the
morning. I warn you though ACV has an odor and it stays in your
hair, epecially if you have thick hair for about 5 days, even after
your done. Your dandruff on the scalp should clear really quick, if
you use full strength and leave it on overnight. My dandruff on my
scalp was gone completely by the third application and has yet to
return. For the first time in 20 years I might add!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, so back to the facial application, keep applying, wash your
face with regular soap about three times per day, followed by
spraying the ACV directly on your face. Start with the diluted
solution building up to about 80 or even 100% straight if you can
handle it. Make sure you close your eyes, it stings the eyes like
hell. Let your face dry for about 20 minutes while keeping your eyes
closed tight, open them too early and you’ll yelp like a kicked dog.
You’ll notice your face turns redish and pink, , this is good, if it
burns really, really super bad, back off, use more diluted solution.
It’s all about balance. Some burning is good and desired. Don’t be
too much of a whimp, you’ll know if it’s too much. If you find
yourself screaming and dancing around, it probably time to dilute
some.
I must say, the first week of this therapy is pure hell. Your face
will likely crust over and be somewhat raw depending on the
strength, keep going if you can.
Where I am now? Well it’s been about 7 weeks, I’ve been free of any
dandruff, or redness anywhere on my scalp or face for the first time
in 20 years. I have been using 50% ACV once per week, just as a
precaution. I seriously believe I’ve found a long lasting remedy to
cure, or stop this disease.
This program is probably not for everyone, try at your own risk, but
it worked for me. For the PHD guy in here, he also gives some great
advice, but I can assure you he, along with all other doctors will
cringe at this plan, as much respect as I have for any person who
spends 10 years of their life going to medical school, as so often
is the case, they have removed all common sense. I think a good MD
doctor should seriously take a glimpse at this therapy, because it
does work. I’ve spent 20 years dumping toxin on my head, face scalp
and nothing worked totally, only controlled it, but caused other
side affects. This is the first time in two decades, I’m free of any
sort of SD of any kind, period! Good luck and I’ll do my best to try
and answer any questions you all might have.
Blessings,
Kevin

Kevin,
Thanks for your info. Question: Do you eat meat of any
kind in your diet?

Hi,
I know this question wasn’t directed towards me but I think the
Perricone diet is a good one. I just started it. It’s an anti-
inflammatory diet. I know he allows meat like lean beef and chicken
sometimes. Mostly it’s fish, salmon espescially.
His name is Nicholas Perricone, M.D. I’m sure you’ve heard of him.
