threelac updates

Hey, I was wondering how everyone who’s trying Threelac is doing. I
guess it’s been about a month since it was first mentioned on this
board, so it might be too soon. I’m temporarily off the ACV
treatment and I’m on oral steroids, but I wanted to take something
in the meantime.

I have been reading all of your posts for around a month and I did
try acvwm. It was very helpful. I went ahead and bought the ThreeLac
and a small bottle of Oxygen Elements Plus as well. The man I
purchased the two products from suggested the Oxygen Elements Plus
because… Oh heck I don’t know. I get so confused. Nice guy, really
honest. He sends you loads of information on his products and is
keen on you keeping in touch with him via email. I called, ordered,
and got it two days later. We both live in TX.

I started the Threelac and noticed the next day my face was better.
A few days later treatment is great. Then I got the dern flu. So Ms.
sebum is back. I’m hoping this is a flu setback and not the product.

I will try the Salcura. Could someone recommend what to purchase.
Like, shampoo, conditioner, skin products, vitamins.

    Thank You, Jennifer

Garnier Fructis anti-dandruff shampoo is the best OTC I have found–they
also make a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner for dandruff, though I din’t like
it as much–either way, they are each about $4 so no big deal if you end up
    not liking them.

The apple cider works really well on the scalp even if you don’t like it on
your face–you can use it once or twice a week and it should help.

For skin topicals, best bet is to go to a derm and get rx’s for a bunch a
things like protopic, elidel, ovace gel, topical nizoral or loprox, and
desowen if you want to go down the topical steroid route–some of these are
anti-inflammatories, some are anti-fungals, and Ovace is a sulfur
derivitve–a combo of several may be what it takes to control the seb derm
on daily basis–very rarely will one treatment on its own be enough.

Vitmamins that may work are megadoses of B5, like 3-6 grams a day, borage
oil or evening primsrose may help, and the probiotics you ae already taking

Ive been taking threelac for 3 weeks and do not see any big
significance. Im taking it with the fibre suppliment and with a
very strict diet of absolutely no sweet things, alcohol or bread,
dairy, fruit at all. Just vegies, salad, meat n stuff.

Although most of my spots are gone and i do have alittle white patch
on my nose it may be due to the diet but who knows. And i do feel a
hell of alot better myself and feel like exercising more and less
depressed. So i am going to keep at this stuff for 3-4 months
idealy. Buts its kinda hard with the diet thing along with it.
