Where is shadow? Question for Shadow

Okay,
Aside from all the HIV debate, back to my progress.

I’ve been doing a 90% Candida diet for three weeks now and taking a
product called Threelac for 7 days, three packets per day now. I
also have been doing the ACVWM treatment for about 10 days.

Here is where I’m at. No SD of any kind anywhere to be found and my
scalp flakes are gone. My skin is similar to that of a babies rear!

I have not touched my skin with ACVWM for 2 full days now to let the
redness and burning subside. It did and my skin is like new again,
so is my scalp. I plan to use vinegar twice per week now, over-
nighting in on my scalp and drenching my face with 50/50 solution as
I have concluded that straight vinegar is to harsh on my facial

skin.

Conclusion, is that by attacking this on all fronts it can be
defeated. I achieved my goal. I plan to stick with the diet and
Threelac.

Some other benefits of the diet and Threelac, is my tongue has
cleared, it’s shiny and pink and skin is soft and smooth, libido is
back and I feel 100% better, this could also be in part do to my
depression subsiding from the SD. Life is good!

    G’day Kevin,

    Terrific news! I’m so glad you are experiencing clearing!
    I really think you’re onto something with your ‘attacking it on all
    fronts’ method. Whether or not SD is caused by an over or under
    active immune system or candida or p. ovale yeast or too much sebum
    or stress or whatever! A healthy diet and positive attitude must go
    a long way towards beating it.

    Without getting all philosophical; I believe there’s got be a link
    between depression or anxiety and SD. As you said, you are feeling
    much better now, and you will continue to feel better while the SD
    improves. I don’t know about you, but when I don’t have to worry
    about an SD flair I feel great. Less stress all around means less
    outbreaks?

    I hope you have as much continued success with ACV as I have, six
    weeks and counting for this current remission, for me that’s the
    longest time with no flakes since I was a teenager!
