G'day Kevin,

Terrific news! I'm so glad you are experiencing clearing!
I really think you're onto something with your 'attacking it on all
fronts' method. Whether or not SD is caused by an over or under
active immune system or candida or p. ovale yeast or too much sebum
or stress or whatever! A healthy diet and positive attitude must go
a long way towards beating it.

Without getting all philosophical; I believe there's got be a link
between depression or anxiety and SD. As you said, you are feeling
much better now, and you will continue to feel better while the SD
improves. I don't know about you, but when I don't have to worry
about an SD flair I feel great. Less stress all around means less
outbreaks?
<!--more-->

I hope you have as much continued success with ACV as I have, six
weeks and counting for this current remission, for me that's the
longest time with no flakes since I was a teenager!

Please keep in touch Kevin,
Regards, Shadow
ps. I couldn't actually find a question for me in your last post?
