Everyone — please take the insults via e-mail, spare the rest of us,
and resume the usually friendly discussions! We’re here to discuss
seb derm, not "the vinegar man" who keeps coming back as an inflammed
topic here from time to time.
And if you have to use the f-word, use it to kick seb derms ass, not
eachothers.

Dear Group and the Almighty wise moderator,
My appolgies for use of the f-word. I guess I got a little too
passionate, SD tends to play havoc with your emotions taking you from
highs (Clear days) to lows (angry lobster days). Though I must say I
am living on a high these days!

If you’re still out there, accept my appology. I too, was very angry
when I first started ACV treatment, and was unnecessarily rude to the
people who where trying to help me. Thankfully they forgave me, and
I’ll do the same for you. Please keep us informed of your progress,
and in time if you want to talk about it I’ll offer continued support.
