I suffered from the symptoms of SD for 15 years. I now live without the symptoms due to using Salcura. I don't claim it works for everyone juts my own personal testimony. It basically is a steroid free combination of various anti- fungal, antibacterial and other medicated oils in a colloid suspension whic means it goes by osmosis into the lower levels of the skin. By this action I believe it keeps at bay the fungal source of SD and allows healing though needs to be continuously used.
