Thanks all for the info! I am doing the research now. Just wanted to
calm it down on the outside for now while I began working on the
inside too.

Hi
I cant help but feel your GERd is contributing to your seb derm. I have
researced this a lot, and seb derm has many fungal/candida links, as does
GERD. I think if you looked into this and addressed your stomach condition,
you might have found your triggor. I reguarly read a bbs by doctor walt
stott and have learnt a lot about the roots of skin conditions. If you do a
web search for ASK WALT STOTT you will find his site listed. Many users
have noted that taking omega oils enternally, clearing candida and leaky gut
and also using jojoba oil externally helps seb derm. Type in seborrhea in
the search engine of the site and lots of useful posts should come up.I
believe that if the body is balance, seb derm will not occur.

You are welcome Jerry.

I heard of aloe extracts and jojoba oil soothing SD,
some people got good result with either one of them
but some people found them not working well.

Thanks Yvonne.
My SD usually comes on during stressful times and I am under a lot
of stress. I also have gastroparesis and GERD, so my lack of proper
nutrition could play a role. I dunno. I'm 45 and I feel like a
teenager with low self esteem because of my flare ups. I notice I
get very self conscious of it. Have you ever heard of jojoba oil
soothing it?

Hi Jerry,

The rosacea skin should be much more red while seb derm
skin is just pink, less red than rosacea skin.

I tried ZNP soap bar before, good stuff, it works, but
not 100%. There is no cure for SD, nothing can clean it
up 100%.
