The speed of results are dependant on the individuals treatment history and how progressed your SD and Rocacea are. Go over to the other group and search the archives for posts about Rocacea, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The testimonials by the groups members are all genuine and most are very willing to discuss their history and treatments. To answer your question 'Will ACV aggrivate rosacea?', my guess is yes. BUT, that is how ACV works the first few times you use it on your face. Extra redness is normal with this treatment, please remember that.
