internal
hey guys,
its been about 6 months now since this internal mambo jumbo and i must say
it has really worked so far. . Dandruff has gone down about 85% to. AS i
mentioned before, excersise, detoxing liver, leaky gut, and staying away
from food allergies such as coffee and black pepper really helped.

Hi,
I have been doing the healthy diet and liver cleansing as well for 3.5
months. I believe all these skin conditions stem from the liver and small
intestines. My skin looks better - less acne but i’m still getting seb derm
and eczema, although not as much as before and it is winter here. I still
think some foods i eat might be a trigger but i can’t work out what. I want
to go to a immunologist or gastroenterologist to find out what they might
be.

Hey John you are absolutely right that it still may be a certain food that
triggers the seb derm reaction. For me it was black pepper and coffee. I
never knew i was allergic to these foods until i was tested for them. And
if i remember my outbreak did begin right after i got out of college. Thats
when i began drinking about 3 cups of coffee a day because i began working
as a professional and started drinking coffee only because it was there. I
never really drank coffee before that. I also enjoyed black pepper but have
stopped that completely.
Now as far as detoxing (yvvone), I went to a specialist. Im on a regemin of
Probiotics, Vitamin E-400, Magnesium, Salmonic(Omega 3’s), Para (intestinal
parasites), and Core levele Dtox tablets. I also drink a lot of water
approx 3 liters per day. Ocean (beach) also helps with the detox, so i hit
that once a week. It has been 6 months since i started with the specialist,
she predicted 2 bad breakouts which occured during my period of detoxing
which took just over a hell raising embarrassing week. I hated those two
weeks. BUt ever since I seem to be doing fine, skin is clear, underarms,
back, thighs, and chest including face and scalp. I also started working
out for aboutn a month and a half now, I couldnt before cause i would just
flare up but now that i have given my body a fighting chance i believe the
workout is benefitiing my body even more.
I have never used a steroid cream since last December, and never will again.

Sounds interesting, Tony. What kind of specialist?
April 25th, 2005 at 5:05 pm
Hey Tony,
What kind of probiotics? I was looking around the internet but it
seems there are many kinds.
April 26th, 2005 at 7:07 am
The specialist advised me that anytime in my life time if I had taken
anti-biotics for any reason, not neccessarily for my skin (acne & seb derm
which i had) that it unbalances the natural flora in our intestines. Those
necessary in aiding digestion and absorption of nutrients. I take "Total
Probiotics" its perscribed to me from my doctor, brand name is Nutri West,
you can check them out at www.nutriwest.com. I tried contacting them
personally to see if i can order them directly from them but they said they
can only distribute their products to licensed professionals.
I take 2 tablets every morning when i wake up on an empty stomach, prefably
1 hour before i eat.
hope that helps

Also Understand John, as the specialist advised me. That we have damaged
ourselves over and extensive period of time with these steroid creams and
antibiotics and that it was going to take some time before we can go back to
that natural balance. I almost gave up on the whole thing on my first flare
thinking it was a hoax, but I understand now it just takes time

Hey Toney,
I don’t mean to be a pain in the ass but what brands of Magnesium,
Omega 3s, and Para do you take? And how many times a day?
I truely appreciate all the information and support you’ve already
given.
