Shampoo for Seborrhea
Hi,
I have mild itchy scalp. I have been using Nizoral shampoo (2%
Ketoconazole, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes), Selsun Blue and
ZNP Bar (leave on not necessary). I used either one of them twice
per week but it did not help much, recently I use it every other
day and it helps. Th pharmacist told me we can only use Nizoral
twice per week, but the doc said once daily is okay.
The key is: don’t just stick to one product forever, change to
another one after a few months. Like bacteria, fungus has
resistance to any fighting. Yvonne
