Reminders
Hi,
Here are some things to keep in mind as we deal with this problem:
1. If you’re trying something new, give it a fair chance. Try it out
for at least a month before giving up or switching to something else.
Sometimes it just takes that long to kick in.
2. If something worked for you in the past, try it again. Sometimes
your skin just needs a break from a treatment. Give it 6 months or a
year off and then go back to what worked for you before.
3. As for the social stuff, it’s hard, but you have to pretend that
you don’t even have a problem. Most people are so wrapped up in their
own lives that they never even notice your skin problems. Try to live
your life exactly as you would if your skin was perfect. This is
easier said than done, but we have to try to live this way.
4. My favorite product right now is Clean and Clear facial powder. It
covers up oily and red skin very well and makes it easier to leave
the house on those bad days when you just want to stay home. Also, if
you haven’t tried vitamin b5, give it a try. For me, it’s cut down
the oiliness enough that I think it’s giving the other products a
chance to work.
Hang in there, everybody.
