Yep, same here. It's seems that this time of year my seb derm always
worsens. Up until about two weeks ago, my skin was doing great. The
last week it's gotten progressively worse with flaking and some
redness. I love the New Enlgand winter and I always walk a few miles
every evening, regardless of the weather. Maybe, the cold air does
aggravate it. Anyways, I refuse to to let this condition prevent me
from doing the things that I've always enjoyed. I'll try a bit of
zinc oxide ointment on my face before my nightly treks. Sure wish
that I could conquer this annoying condition once and for all. Well,
I guess I'll just keep experimenting and fine tuning my treatment
system.
