Hi, its been a long long time since I last posted but I wanted to
offer you folks some ideas to help with SD.
Stress is definitely the major cause at least for me, but I have
eliminated other things from my diet in order to improve my sometimes
blotchy (fair skin, heavy beard/daily shaver, red zit lookin areas
esp on forehead, nose and sides, and cheeks. Eat properly and often,
protein is important! I used to just have coffee in the morning and
try to make it through to lunch, no good! stress went up b/c of work
and hungry! And I drink STRONG coffee.
No dairy! I don’t pick the cheese off my pizza but I don’t eat pizza
a lot anymore. Lots of water, my sd was terrible this afternoon, and
I’ve had about 6 pints of water since then (feel like I’m getting up
to pee a lot, but hey!) I can actually go out tonight!
