<description>I'm convinced the combination of sun and ocean are very helpful for
seb derm. My seb derm and any acne/infection was gone when I spent a
week in Ocean City, MD. Sure enough, when I got back, things soon
returned to normal. I have had some success when I get just sun, but
I think the combination of both is key. I've had no success at all
just using salt water. I even ordered dead sea salts. There are
clinics that go to the Dead Sea for sun and bath in the dead sea for
all sorts of skin conditions. The Dead Sea Salts didn't seem to help
me any though.

I do think my skin has gotten worse with the lack of sun I've gotten
over the past year and a half. I used to play alot more golf and mow
the lawn in the summer. I've been playing less golf and I got a lawn
service to cut my lawn this past summer. I don't know that all day
tanning is necessary, but I do believe that some sun is beneficial.
&lt;!--more--&gt;
Then again all the doctors will warn you. So beats the heck out of
me. It seems our ancestors couldn't have been cooped up all day in
the house and I wonder what they used for sunscreen? In other words,
it seems as though some sun had to be expected. Then again, many
people probably died before they got skin cancer or whatever.

Just thinking aloud.

my body was fully sumberged in the ocean. The sun and beach helped out my

		<description>Hi Tony
Did you swim much in the ocean in Australia. And also, how often do
you swim in the ocean in Florida? If you do swim in the ocean, are
all your affected body parts submerged in the water? When I went
scuba diving in Grand Cayman for 4 days, my seb derm. disappeared
until 3 days after I returned to Washingon, DC.
